This application form is for full-time courses at Levels 1-3, the Artist Development courses at Leves 3 & 4 and Teacher Training courses.

Please note: The minumum age of applicants must be 16 as at 31st August in the year you wish to start for all ATM Further Education courses.

The minumum age for Teacher Training and Artist Development level 4 courses is 18 as at 31st August of the year you wish to start.
