GoLotus help spread the work of a charity close to their hearts.
Made up of current and future Access to Music students GoLotus are on mission in support of an exceptional cause. After Josh Beasley, a close friend of the singer of GoLotus went missing, the band worked closely with Missing Persons in an effort to bring him home. Tragically, Josh was found a month later in the river Thames.
Since this Josh's family have set up an arts award in schools, starting with Josh's school Thomas Tallis, in honor and remembrance of their son. They plan spread the award to schools throughout the UK. The scheme is called the Joshua Beasley Award, which recognises creativity among students.
In support of this GoLotus have completed a studio album, mastered by John Astley as well as gigging frequently in a bid to spread the work of the charity. The band are currently working on their second album.
