The British Academy of New Music (Further Education) is a dedicated music education facility situated in the East End of London in the heart of the fast developing Olympic village. It is the FE wing of the British Academy of New Music which also incorporates a Higher Education department.
The centre offers a wide range of courses at Levels 1 to 3 for aspiring musicians from the eastern regions of London and generally from inner and greater London.
The centre has eleven rehearsal studios, two recording studios, two music technology suites, practice rooms, a dance studio and seminar rooms. It is staffed by an experienced team of musicians.
The centre offers excellent opportunities for music work-based learning within the capital.
The centre has excellent links with the music industry, recent guest speaker visits have included DJ Seven, hailed by the likes of Skream and Youngsta as one of the best DJ’s on the scene and renown composer Andrew Kramer, to mention just two. |
