Greenwich Community College has been running music and music technology courses for some time and embraced ATM’s range of courses in September 2004.

The courses are delivered from new purpose-built accommodation at the Meridian Music Centre at East Greenwich Library.

The centre has a dedicated tutor team of professional musicians with direct experience of the music industry.

 

 

Greenwich Showcase at O2 Arena: March 2008
Greenwich hosted a music showcase and exhibition at the Indigo Bar within the O2 Arena complex. Night Trip and Vocal Artist performers provided the entertainment which was mixed through the latest high-spec digital mixing console supplied and demonstrated by Soundcraft. The event also had a trade show area which included exhibitors such as AKG, Lexicon and JBL.

Greenwich Students Raise
Money to Open a Children’s Hospice
Vocal Artist students used their talents to help raise funds to build South London’s first residential children’s hospice. Students performed on a purpose-built stage in the middle of London’s busy Covent Garden. The day received support from Heart FM and the Mayor of Greenwich. Please note that this college requires Level 2 applicants to have 2 GCSEs at Grade C or above and Level 3 applicants to have 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above. Applications will also be considered from musicians with relevant music qualifications and/or suitable experience.
