ACCESS TO MUSIC AT
MUSIC LIVE 2007

2-4 November 2007, NEC Birmingham

Access to Music was proud to once again be the lead partner for Music Live Education Day.

Access to Music had a live stage attached to its trade stand which hosted a wide range of music throughout the three days of the show. The stage was rammed throughout Friday's Education Day and attracted considerable attention over the weekend. Highlights inluded The Sylencers, DJ Chrome, Mista and Jodi Lawrence. Thanks to all the artists who performed there and to Yamaha and HK Audio for the gear.

Busker's Corner was once again a focal point of the show, situated right at the entrance with a sustained audience during Education Day. A whole host of up-and-coming singer songwriters performed in front of our new urban backdrop. Thanks to all the artists and to Wharfedale Pro and Roland for gear.

Access to Music also had three ATOM Live competition winners playing on the main stage with Jodi Lawrence on Friday, Mista on Saturday and the Soul Karate Space Orchestra on Sunday. DJ Chrome also played a set at the Revolution Cafe. The artists were presented with prizes by ATOM Live's sponsors Yamaha and Wharfedale Pro.

Another popular ATM attraction was the Apple Classroom where teachers and showgoers could book in to find more about using Logic 8 and Reason on Apple Mac computers. Powered by Apple, the Classroom proved a great educational success.

Finally, ATM hosted a Staffroom for teachers on Education Day. This proved to be amazingly popular, with many music teachers from across the country popping in for a coffee and a chat.
