Supported by the RNID, the British Tinnitus Association, British Association for Performing Arts Medicine and Audio Relief, Play Safe Week is a national campaign to raise awareness of health and safety issues related to musicians.

Various resources and information packs from the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine will be available to all Access to Music and Partner centres.

Hearing protection expert Ash Smith from Audio Relief will be visiting five centres during the week to deliver a seminar on hearing protection within the rock, pop and dance music industry. He will also be on hand to give advice and solutions on hearing protection and in-ear monitoring.
