ACCESS TO MUSIC AT
NAME CONFERENCE 2007
14-16 September 2007
Access to Music had a pro-active involvement in the 2007 National Association of Music Educators Conference held at Royal Holloway College in Egham, Surrey.
The conference is one of the key events in the music education calendar and ATM was proud to be invited to deliver some cutting-edge workshops in the interactive use of music technology in the classroom.
The workshops were titled Creative Music Production and were delivered by ATM tutors, Paul Weston and Jamie Griffiths. Jamie is a tutor at Brighton and an Ableton Live demonstrator for M-Audio. The workshop was based around using Ableton Live to mix live instruments in a dynamic and intuitive way.
The workshops were very successful and helped to further establish ATM's reputation for relevant, up-to-the-minute music training.
